About The Position

Seeking Part-time/ PRN ALL SHIFTS team members to join, with flexible hours available! This role involves providing assistance with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, escort service, and other activities of daily living. The team member will follow the schedule of resident’s needs set out by supervisor, provide emotional and social support to residents, and document daily logs of assistance. The position requires respecting and encouraging the independence and dignity of the residents, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring timely response and follow-up to concerns to provide a high level of customer satisfaction. A positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors, and co-workers is essential. Responsibilities also include assisting with resident's laundry and meal service.

Requirements

No experience required
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
Compassionate, professional, kind, engaging, empathetic and helpful.
Ability to work as a part of a team and handle multiple tasks safely and efficiently.
Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward the residents and your co-workers.

Responsibilities

Provide assistance as needed with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, escort service, and other activities of daily living.
