About The Position

CNA/Medication Aide at Bethany Home Brandon in Brandon, SD. All Shifts Available! Full or Part Time. 8 or 12 hour shifts available! Starting Pay Range: $18.50 - $23.50 per hour + Shift Differential. Requirements

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Registered Medication Aide in SD
Compassion, patience, and a desire to work with seniors.
Strong communication skills
Ability to work every other weekend.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Provide light housekeeping and cleaning of resident rooms and equipment.
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
Document care provided and report any changes in resident condition to the nursing staff.
Assist with meal preparation and feeding as necessary.
Participate in resident activities and recreational programs.
Attend to all resident personal hygiene and personal care needs, including but not limited to grooming, hygiene, dining and nutritional needs, mobility, elimination, psychosocial and safety needs.
Consistently work with all neighborhood team members, led by resident and family preferences to meet the needs and desires of each resident.
