About The Position
At CHI Mercy Health, the Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) provides essential patient-care support under RN direction, contributing to patients’ comfort, safety, and recovery. The role includes delivering compassionate basic care, assisting with patient transport, and contributing to patients’ plans of care as a member of an interdisciplinary team. The CNA is expected to uphold high standards of conduct and patient well-being while supporting dignified, high-quality healthcare.
Requirements
- Completion of a Nursing Assistant Program.
- Oregon CNA License.
- AHA BLS within 30 days.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience in a hospital setting.
- Six months of related work experience.
Responsibilities
