About The Position
St. Anthony Hospital, a Magnet® designated Level I Trauma Center located in Lakewood, Colorado, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for its 3rd Floor Med Surg Unit. This unit is a new 16-bed surgical unit specializing in post-operative care for general elective surgical cases. The hospital is known for its state-of-the-art medical campus and provides a full range of medical specialties and health care services. The CNA will provide direct and indirect nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) and in accordance with hospital policies and procedures. The role is situated in a supportive, team environment with resources for professional growth and leaders who are invested in employee success. Requirements
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Basic computer skills
- High School diploma or GED required
- Graduate of a Nursing Assistant Program required
- State registered CNA license required
Nice To Haves
- Six months previous CNA experience preferred
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) Training preferred
