CNA/MA - Full-Time Nigh Shift

We're currently seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Medication Aide (CMA) for a full-time night shift position. Requirements
- Active Nebraska CNA or CMA certification required
- Certification must be in good standing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a care team
- Dependable, professional, and compassionate attitude
- Commitment to delivering high-quality resident-focused care
- Passion for serving seniors and improving quality of life
- Qualified candidates will be certified nursing assistants.
- They will possess high personal integrity, a caring attitude and portray a positive image.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Encourage resident independence whenever possible
- Monitor and report changes in residents' physical or emotional conditions
- Provide compassionate support and companionship
- Assist with meals, hydration, and daily activities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe living environment
- Complete accurate documentation of resident care
- Administer medications according to physician orders and facility protocols
- Observe and report medication concerns or side effects
- Maintain medication records and documentation
- Follow all state regulations and safety guidelines
