About The Position

Brookestone View is seeking a Full-Time Nurse Scheduler (CNA/MA) to help ensure our residents receive exceptional care by keeping our nursing schedules organized, staffed, and running smoothly. Requirements

Current CNA and/or Medication Aide certification in Nebraska
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused approach
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Detail oriented, have the ability to multi-task and will be extremely organized.
Possess high personal integrity, a caring attitude and portray a positive image.

Nice To Haves

Previous healthcare or long-term care experience preferred
Basic computer proficiency and experience with scheduling systems preferred

Responsibilities

Coordinate staffing schedules for the nursing department, ensuring appropriate coverage for each shift while supporting operational needs and resident care.
Communicate regularly with nursing staff regarding scheduling needs.
Manage schedule changes.
Coordinate shift coverage.
Maintain staffing records.
Assist with call-ins and open shifts.
Work closely with nursing leadership to support staffing goals.
Maintain compliance with scheduling requirements.
Help create a positive experience for both team members and residents.
