About The Position

We are looking for CNAs, LPNs, and RNs to join our team at Montesano Health and Rehabilitation Center, a state-of-the-art facility with residents looking forward to meeting new staff. We are hosting a career day on Tuesday, October 13th, with on-the-spot offers. We are hiring for all shifts, full-time, part-time, and on-call positions. The role involves contributing to a team committed to excellent customer service and dedicated to individual talents. As a CNA, you will prioritize resident service and deliver essential nursing care under the direction of a licensed nurse. As an LPN, you will provide a full range of nursing care under the direction of a registered nurse. As an RN, you will plan and deliver nursing care according to company, federal, state, and local standards, and lead and support LPNs and CNAs to ensure optimal resident care.

Requirements

Successful completion of a state-approved nursing program
Current certification/license with the state
Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn

Nice To Haves

Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment
Nursing Assistant experience providing direct care to multiple residents
Behavioral care / memory care experience

Responsibilities

Deliver efficient and effective nursing care essential to caring for the personal needs and comfort of residents (CNA).
Deliver a full range of nursing care (LPN).
Plan and deliver nursing care to residents in accordance with current company, federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations to ensure that the highest degree of quality care and dignity is maintained at all times (RN).
Guide and support a team of LPNs and CNAs to ensure optimal care for our residents (RN).
