Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care in accordance with residents' care plans
• Monitor residents and recognize changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Communicate changes in resident condition to the appropriate healthcare team members
• Assist with assessments, documentation, and care planning
• Collaborate with CNAs and other members of the interdisciplinary team
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, safety, and well-being
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
