CNA / Licensed Caregiver – Early Morning & Daytime Hours
About The Position
Always Best Care is seeking a compassionate, dependable CNA or experienced licensed caregiver to provide one-on-one care for a client requiring full assistance. This position offers immediate need for early morning coverage from 2:00 AM to 6:00 AM, with 4-hour shifts available 7 days per week. Additional daytime hours are also available throughout the week for caregivers interested in a larger schedule. The role involves providing attentive, respectful one-on-one care, assisting with feeding, transfers, personal care, and ensuring the client's comfort and needs are met, while also maintaining a quiet environment during early morning hours.
Requirements
- CNA or appropriately qualified/licensed caregiver
- Comfortable providing full-assist care
- Experienced with transfers and incontinence care
- Patient and comfortable assisting clients with visual and hearing impairments
- Dependable and punctual — especially for the 2:00 AM start time
- Compassionate and respectful of the client's dignity and independence
- Able to provide safe, attentive care with minimal supervision
