About The Position

Always Best Care is seeking a compassionate, dependable CNA or experienced licensed caregiver to provide one-on-one care for a client requiring full assistance. This role is ideal for someone looking for consistent early-morning hours with a 2:00 AM - 6:00 AM shift, 7 days a week. Additional daytime hours are also available for those seeking a larger schedule. The primary focus is on providing attentive, respectful care to a client needing full assistance, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Requirements

• CNA or appropriately qualified/licensed caregiver
• Comfortable providing full-assist care
• Experienced with transfers and incontinence care
• Patient and comfortable assisting clients with visual and hearing impairments
• Dependable and punctual — especially for the 2:00 AM start time
• Compassionate and respectful of the client's dignity and independence
• Able to provide safe, attentive care with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Assisting with feeding, snacks, and hydration
• Transfers and mobility assistance
• Incontinence and personal care
• Repositioning and general comfort
• Monitoring and responding to the client's needs
• Providing attentive, respectful one-on-one care
• Helping maintain a quiet environment during the early-morning hours
