We're looking for compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) who want to prepare students for successful careers in healthcare. Our graduates gain the skills and confidence to begin meaningful careers in healthcare. Every Faculty Instructor at LearnMore helps create new CNAs, Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Acute Care CNAs who go on to serve patients throughout California. Requirements

Active California RN license (for RN applicants)
Minimum two years of nursing experience (for RN applicants)
Meets California CDPH instructor qualifications (for RN applicants)
Active California LVN license (for LVN applicants)
Minimum two years of nursing experience (for LVN applicants)
Meets California CDPH instructor qualifications (for LVN applicants)

Nice To Haves

Passion for education and mentorship (for RN applicants)
Experience supervising CNAs preferred (for LVN applicants)
Teaching experience is welcome but not required
Enjoy coaching, mentoring, precepting, or helping others succeed

Responsibilities

Teach theory, laboratory skills, and/or clinical instruction
Prepare students for the California CNA certification examination
Mentor and encourage transitional age youth and adult learners from diverse backgrounds
Evaluate student competency and provide constructive feedback
Maintain attendance and required documentation
Foster a positive, professional learning environment
Work collaboratively with the RN Program Director and instructional team
Ensure compliance with California Department of Public Health (CDPH) requirements
