About The Position
Our caregivers provide in-home support to help clients maintain their comfort, independence, and quality of life. This is a full-time position intended for caregivers seeking 30-40 hours per week, though a specific number of weekly hours is not guaranteed. Available hours depend on current client needs, caregiver availability, location, driving ability, schedule flexibility, and successful client-caregiver matching. Requirements
- Active Virginia CNA certification required
- Flexible availability based on client needs
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
- Comfortable working with multiple clients as needed
- Dependable, professional, and able to work independently
- Ability to safely assist clients with mobility and personal care
- Must pass a background check and reference screening
Responsibilities
- Personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
- Mobility and transfer assistance
- Meal preparation and medication reminders
- Light housekeeping
- Transportation to appointments or errands
- Companionship and general support
