This position supports patients/residents with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, feeding, and ambulation. The CNA II will take vital signs, height, and weight measurements, and maintain patient rooms in a clean and orderly condition. They will observe and report changes in patient conditions, orient patients and families to the unit, and instruct patients on safety measures. Additionally, the role involves assisting with clerical tasks such as answering phones, data entry, and maintaining medical records, as well as managing stock supply items. The CNA II performs duties within the scope of a Nurse Aide II, including administering 12-Lead Electrocardiogram tests and routine venipuncture after appropriate training.
