This position supports patients/residents with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, feeding, and ambulation. The CNA II will also take vital signs, height, and weight measurements, and maintain patient rooms. Responsibilities include observing and reporting changes in patient conditions, orienting patients and families, and assisting with clerical tasks such as answering phones, data entry, and maintaining medical records. The role also involves maintaining stock supply items and performing technical tasks with appropriate training, such as administering 12-Lead Electrocardiogram tests and routine venipuncture, as outlined in the scope of Nurse Aide II.
