About The Position
Carroll Lutheran Village is seeking part-time CNA I's, formally known as Geriatric Nursing Assistants (GNAs), to work in its Skilled Nursing Health Care Center. Available eight-hour shifts are days (7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.) and overnights (11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.), with an every-other-weekend rotation. The organization is a not-for-profit community with a 5-Star Quality Rating and an excellent nurse-to-resident ratio. Pay is competitive and based on experience.
Requirements
- Current Maryland certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (formally known as Geriatric Nursing Assistant).
- Current CPR certification.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Nice To Haves
- One or more years of experience is preferred.
- Previous experience working in a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide residents with high-quality daily nursing care and services in accordance with each resident's assessment and care plan.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living.
- Complete required documentation in a timely manner.
