About The Position

Compassionate CNA-I (GNA) to Join Our Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing Family! Oakwood Care Center | Middle River, MD. We offer full time and part time Day (7a–3p), Evening (3p–11p), and Night (11p–7a) shifts. Available schedules may vary based on current facility needs. Pay Rate: $19.00 – $23.00/hour (plus shift differentials as applicable). Sign-On Bonus: Up to $2,500 (limited time). Access to Daily Pay. Make a Difference Every Day. Requirements

Active Certified Nursing Assistant I(CNA-I) certification (formerly GNA) in good standing
Previous experience in long-term care or senior living preferred
Compassionate, reliable, and patient-centered approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical job duties
Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods

Responsibilities

Provide direct resident care under the supervision of a licensed nurse
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, and hygiene
Support mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation
Assist with toileting, continence care, and linen changes
Monitor and report changes in residents’ physical and mental condition
Measure and record vital signs as instructed
Assist residents with meals, hydration, activities, and appointments
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
Follow infection control and safety protocols
Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs
Perform additional duties as assigned
