This is a 13-week assignment for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on the Long-Term Care (LTC) side of a hospital facility. The position requires active Nebraska CNA certification, a minimum of 2 years of recent CNA experience, and current BLS certification. Experience in a Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility and providing direct care to long-term care residents is preferred. The role involves strong skills in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), vital signs, mobility/transfer assistance, and resident safety. Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills are essential. The CNA must be flexible and able to work in a long-term care setting. The work week is Sunday through Saturday, with a choice of 3x12 hour day shifts (6:00 AM–6:00 PM) or a mix of 12-hour and 8-hour day shifts (6:00 AM–6:00 PM / 6:00 AM–2:00 PM), offering a 36- or 40-hour weekly guarantee depending on shift preference. The assignment is scheduled to start on September 14, 2026, or sooner pending compliance.
