About The Position
Brookestone Home Health Care is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to support patients in their homes throughout North Platte and nearby communities. As a Home Health & Hospice CNA, you'll provide hands-on personal care, emotional support, and daily living assistance to individuals who rely on your skill and kindness. You'll work closely with our nursing team and play a vital role in helping patients maintain comfort, independence, and quality of life.
Requirements
- Active Nebraska CNA certification
- Current CPR certification
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach
- Strong communication and professionalism
- Reliable transportation for home visits in the North Platte area
- Certified nursing assistants
