HHA/CNA - Live-In Opportunity

About The Position
Silver Lining has been part of Delaware families' lives since 2013, and we're growing. We're hiring for CNAs and HHAs for live-in opportunities to provide in-home care in the Wilmington and surrounding area, providing one-on-one personal care and companionship in a client's home, a hospital, a nursing home, or a rehab center. We tailor every care plan to the client's needs, whether they're transitioning home from the hospital or simply need companionship for a few hours a day.
Requirements
- Current CNA or HHA certification, or completion of a DE CNA program
- Open availability, including weekends
- Physical exam and 2-step PPD/TSpot/FingerPrinting
- Able to lift, position, transfer, and operate a Hoyer lift
- Compassionate, respectful, and committed to excellent care
Responsibilities
- Provide care according to each client's Plan of Care
- Assist with personal care and hygiene
- Operate a Hoyer lift
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Follow infection control procedures
- Protect client privacy and confidential information
