Experienced Male CNA/HHA – 12H Day Shifts Available ($20/hr)
About The Position

We are currently seeking experienced male caregivers, CNAs, and HHAs in Sarasota who are passionate about delivering high-quality one-on-one care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and individuals in need of support. We are hiring for ongoing 12-hour shifts with immediate daytime openings available. Requirements
- Prior caregiving, CNA, or HHA experience preferred
- Experience in home care strongly encouraged
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Access to email and a smartphone
- Strong communication and professionalism
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality and respect care ethics
- Must complete all required employment screenings and onboarding requirements
Responsibilities
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Meal preparation and feeding assistance
- Transportation to appointments and errands
- Following individualized care plans
- Monitoring client safety and well-being
- Communicating professionally with families and team members
- Other caregiving duties as assigned
