About The Position

Requirements
- An active Massachusetts CNA license or HHA certificate is required
- Compassionate, reliable, and positive attitude
- Team player who loves helping others
Nice To Haves
- At least 1 year of experience working with the elderly population and with Alzheimer’s disease and related disorders is preferred
Responsibilities
- Help residents with daily care (bathing, dressing, meals)
- Provide comfort, kindness, and a smile
- Work alongside nurses and a great care team
- Build meaningful connections every day
