About The Position

Legacy of St. Michael Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community in St. Michael, Minnesota, is seeking a HHA, CNA, or caregiver to support residents in its assisted living, independent living, and memory care community. The community has 95 total units. The role involves providing respectful, attentive personal care and helping residents maintain their independence and quality of life. Available schedules are part-time AM shifts from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., every other weekend only, and part-time PM shifts from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., including every other weekend. HHA wages are $17–$22 per hour and CNA wages are $19–$24 per hour, depending on experience. Shift differentials are $1 for evenings and $2 for overnights. Responsibilities

Provide direct care to residents of all genders, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs described in the plan of care.
Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
Assist with medication administration.
