About The Position

Chaska Heights Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Caregiver/HHA/CNA to join their growing team. Chaska Heights provides Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services in a 136-unit, apartment-style community. Requirements

• Compassionate towards others.
• Passionate about enriching the lives of others.
• CNA or HHA certification, or caregiver experience.

Responsibilities

• Providing support to residents with their personal care services.
• Providing direct care to residents, recognizing individual needs, encouraging independence, and treating each resident with respect and dignity.
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
• Engaging residents in meaningful conversations and providing attentive care.
• Assisting with medication administration.
