About The Position

EverHome HealthCare is hiring a part-time CNA/HCA caregiver for short shifts in Issaquah. The locally doctor-owned home health and home care company has served clients since 2007 across Snohomish, King, and Pierce counties, helping people live as independently and meaningfully as possible while aging or recovering from injury or illness. Applicants who are CNA or HCA license holders, or students working toward those credentials, are welcome to apply. Compensation is $21 per hour, with extra incentives for short shifts.

Caregivers provide care in accordance with clients’ Plans of Care, assist with personal care and hygiene, prepare meals and assist with feeding, transport clients to appointments and errands, maintain a safe environment, and document care and changes. Shifts and locations are flexible, with efforts made to match caregivers to clients and schedules that fit their availability and are within a manageable distance. Full-time work may be possible.

Requirements

• Active Washington State CNA or HCA license, or student status with an NAR license.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; English language required.
• Reliable transportation, punctuality, and consistent attendance.
• Attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and proactive approach to care in conjunction with the Plan of Care.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Ability to meet the listed medium physical demands, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds occasionally and performing the specified movement and communication tasks.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a home care setting.
• Nurse Delegation certification, which will increase the number of shifts available.
