About The Position

Be part of a welcoming team dedicated to bringing comfort, independence, and joy to seniors and individuals who need extra support at home. We’re currently seeking caring and trustworthy CNAs and HCAs for daytime shifts across North Seattle communities, where you’ll build meaningful relationships while assisting clients with daily routines and companionship in a relaxed home setting. Openings are available in Lynnwood, Bothell, Kenmore, Ballard, University District, Maple Leaf, Shoreline, and surrounding areas, making it easier to find fulfilling work near where you live. Hourly Pay: $23–$25/hr, depending on experience and certifications Compensation Schedule: Reliable weekly pay you can count on Shift Opportunities: Daytime work shifts (4–8 hours), weekend availability preferred About Us: Always Best Care combines national strength and standards with local accessibility and personal service. Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license, an insured vehicle, and a willingness to drive clients
  • CNA or HCA certification required
  • One year or more of experience supporting older adults
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must be available for Day Shift and Short Shifts
  • Clear background check and drug test
  • Comfortable working around pets (dogs and cats)

Nice To Haves

  • Prefer a high school degree or GED
  • weekend availability preferred

Responsibilities

  • Create warm, meaningful relationships through kind companionship and emotional encouragement that foster comfort and connection
  • Support everyday living needs such as hygiene, dressing, meals, and routine tasks with respect and sensitivity
  • Keep living spaces clean and organized with light household help and general upkeep
  • Offer transportation to medical visits, errands, and community activities that promote independence and involvement
