About The Position
Iron Steed Harley-Davidson is seeking an energetic, customer-focused sales professional to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about motorcycles and enjoy helping people, this is your chance to turn that enthusiasm into a rewarding career.
Requirements
- 1+ year of sales experience (motorcycle/powersports preferred)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated, outgoing, and goal-driven
- Comfortable with phones, texting, and CRM systems
- Motorcycle license preferred (or willingness to get one)
- Flexible schedule, including weekends
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and deliver an exceptional experience
- Help clients find the right Harley-Davidson motorcycle for their lifestyle
- Manage the full sales process from first contact to delivery
- Set appointments, follow up on leads, and maintain CRM records
- Coordinate demo rides and build lasting customer relationships
