Requirements
- High school graduate.
- Nursing Assistant certification and listed with the NC Division of Facility Services Registry.
- Ability to read and understand simple instructions and keep simple records.
- Incumbents will be required to obtain BLS certification within the first three months of employment.
- Incumbent will be required to demonstrate competency in the performance of duties specific to pediatrics, adult and geriatric patients.

Responsibilities
- Performs a variety of patient care, to include medical triaging of patients under the clinical supervision of an RN or LPN.
- Assists with scheduling, referrals, prior authorizations, and patient inquiries through the EMR.
