About The Position
Billet Caregivers is seeking compassionate, dependable Caregivers, HHAs, CNAs, Direct Care Workers, and Companions to join their team in Albuquerque. The role involves providing non-medical, in-home support to seniors and veterans, enabling them to remain safe, comfortable, independent, and supported in their homes. Caregivers will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with clients while offering daily support.
Requirements
- Active CNA license, HHA credential, or applicable caregiving qualifications
- Personal or professional experience caring for seniors
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Current auto insurance
- Current TB documentation
- CPR and First Aid certification or BLS
- Ability to successfully pass a background check
- Professional appearance, attitude, and demeanor
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living, including bathing, personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, mobility, transfers, range-of-motion exercises, and nutritional needs.
- Offer Household & Personal Support such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, shopping, errands, pet care, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and providing companionship.
- Perform general supervision and safety support.
- Carry out delegated tasks as directed by a supervisor and according to the care plan.
- Create a safe, respectful, clean, and comfortable environment for clients.
