About The Position
Join WesleyLife and Help Revolutionize the Aging Experience! As a CNA, you will assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will provide emotional support and companionship, fostering a positive and engaging environment. You will also facilitate resident participation in recreational and therapeutic activities, ensure a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols, and communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care.
Requirements
- State of Iowa CNA license preferred
- Previous LTC or AL experience is preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide emotional support and companionship, fostering a positive and engaging environment.
- Facilitate resident participation in recreational and therapeutic activities.
- Ensure a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care.
