About The Position
5 Star Cares is looking for compassionate, experienced caregivers to support higher-acuity and Level 2 residents in our group home settings. If you have experience in acute care, rehab, or skilled nursing and enjoy making a difference, we’d love to hear from you. We offer weekend shifts, including every-other weekend, and 12-hour day shifts.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in acute care, rehab, or skilled nursing
- Experience with higher-acuity patients preferred
- Current CPR/BLS & First Aid certification
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to lift/assist up to 50 lbs
- Must pass AHCA Level 2 Background Screening
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care, mobility, feeding, and ADLs
- Support individuals with intellectual and/or behavioral health needs
- Document care and communicate with the care team
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment
