About The Position
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Dialysis Support – Monday–Friday | Days North Gate Health Care Facility | $17.85-$21.51 hour We’re growing—and with that comes new opportunity. As we expand our dialysis services, we’re adding a full-time CNA (Monday–Friday, day shift) to support resident care throughout the day. This is a great role for someone who enjoys variety, staying active, and being an essential part of the care team.
Requirements
- Active CNA certification
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
- Comfortable assisting with mobility and transport
- Strong communication and follow-through
Responsibilities
- Safely transport residents to and from dialysis treatments
- Assist with resident showers and personal care needs between treatments
- Support nursing staff with daily care activities
- Help ensure residents are comfortable, clean, and well cared for throughout the day
- Pitch in where needed—this is a team-first environment
