The CNA Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the hospice home health aide staff. This position will be responsible for hiring, training, retention, and scheduling of the home health aides in conjunction with the demands of the hospice program. The CNA Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that the annual supervisory requirements for the home health aides have been met and competencies are completed and accurate. This position also manages the supply inventory with oversight from the Executive Director (or designee).
