We are hiring for multiple CNA opportunities within our Critical Access Hospital and Long-Term Care settings in Chester, Montana, including full-time and PRN positions. Logan Health offers paid CNA training that includes classroom instruction, hands-on clinical experience and support to prepare for the Montana State CNA written and skills exams — all while earning a paycheck as a Logan Health employee. You'll be interviewed and hired into a specific position and schedule before training begins, so you'll know where you're headed and have a team ready to welcome you. Upon successfully completing training and passing the Montana CNA certification exam, you'll transition into your CNA role with the skills and support to continue building your healthcare career. Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient and resident care including hygiene, dressing, toileting, mobility assistance, repositioning, and comfort
• Obtain and communicate vital signs and other patient or resident observations within your scope
• Assist with meals, hydration, activities of daily living, and maintaining a safe care environment
• Support patients and residents with dignity, compassion, and respect
• Recognize and communicate changes or concerns to nursing staff
• Assist nursing staff with documentation and communication
• Collaborate with RNs, providers, and interdisciplinary team members
