About The Position

BeeHive Homes of Broken Arrow offers a warm, family-style assisted living environment where residents are treated with dignity, compassion, and respect. We pride ourselves on maintaining a clean workplace, consistent schedules, and a positive, drama-free culture where teamwork truly matters. We are currently seeking a dependable and compassionate Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) or Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our team for weekend double shifts. 7am-11pm. This position is ideal for someone who is reliable, resident-focused, and passionate about providing exceptional care.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Current Oklahoma CNA or CMA certification
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Dependable, professional, and compassionate
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team while providing excellent resident care
• Arriving on time for scheduled shifts

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meal assistance
• Check and change residents every two hours
• Engage with residents through conversation, activities, and companionship to promote their emotional well-being and quality of life
• Monitor residents and promptly report any changes in condition
• Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, bed making, and maintaining resident rooms
• Ensure residents' comfort, dignity, and safety at all times
• Assist with medication administration and work the medication cart when needed (CMA only)
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely
• Follow all facility policies and procedures
• Maintain a positive, respectful, and team-oriented attitude
• Assist during mealtimes, and other duties.
