Under the general direction and supervision of the Clinic Administrator and/or Provider, prepares patients for clinical encounters to include patient screening and collection of health history, as well as coordinates and follow-up on patient care. This role involves performing clinical procedures, charting, assisting providers, coordinating patient follow-up, managing medication refills, tracking patient recalls and referrals, operating medical equipment, and collaborating with other departments to ensure efficient patient flow. The position also requires participation in meetings, quality improvement activities, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
