About The Position

Brightview Senior Living is seeking a compassionate CNA/CHHA to provide warm, engaging personal care, support, and companionship to residents. The role involves assisting residents with activities of daily living, noticing changes in their day or personal care needs, and working with the Nurse to update Resident Care Plans. The CNA/CHHA also encourages residents to participate in community programs and activities.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and enjoyment of working with people.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Current state-required certification as a CNA, HHA, or CHHA.
• Medication Aide certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging personal care services, support, and companionship.
• Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Observe changes in residents' day and personal care needs and work with the Nurse to update their Resident Care Plans.
• Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.
