About The Position

Allegro Harrington Park is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA), and Caregivers/Resident Assistants to join their team. This role involves providing care and companionship to seniors in an assisted living and memory care environment, focusing on dignity and compassionate support. The position offers a supportive team environment, stable scheduling, and opportunities for growth.

Requirements

• Active NJ CHHA License OR CNA Certification required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred
• Memory care or dementia experience a plus
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred
• Experience in assisted living, senior living, nursing homes, rehabilitation, or home care encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Supporting residents with toileting and incontinence care
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Documenting resident care and services provided
• Working closely with the nursing and care team
• Helping create a safe, warm, and engaging environment
