CNA / CHHA / Caregiver – Assisted Living & Memory Care

We are currently hiring compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA), Caregivers / Resident Assistants. If you love helping seniors, creating meaningful connections, and working in a supportive environment, we’d love to meet you.

Requirements

• Active NJ CHHA License OR CNA Certification required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred
• Memory care or dementia experience a plus
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred
• Experience in assisted living, senior living, nursing homes, rehabilitation, or home care encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Supporting residents with toileting and incontinence care
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Documenting resident care and services provided
• Working closely with the nursing and care team
• Helping create a safe, warm, and engaging environment
