About The Position

You will also provide emotional support and companionship, fostering a positive and engaging environment. Facilitate resident participation in recreational and therapeutic activities. Ensure a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care. Open Shifts Available: Full Time 1st: 6:00a - 2:30p (32+ hrs/wk) Part Time 2nd: 2:00p - 10:30p (24hrs/wk) Full Time 3rd: 10:00p - 6:30a (32+ hrs/wk). Requirements
- State of Iowa CNA license required
- CMA preferred
- Previous LTC or AL experience is preferred but not required
