About The Position
Atlantic Coast Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is a 160-bed long-term care and sub-acute nursing facility. We are actively seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dynamic and supportive nursing team. Currently hiring for FT, PT, and Per Diem. All Shifts available. New CNA’s and temp NA’s (already in school for certification) are welcome.
Requirements
- Active New Jersey CNA license required
- Strong compassion and commitment to caring for the elderly
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Reliable, responsible, and patient-focused attitude
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, rooming, and toileting
- Provide support with mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition to nursing staff
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
- Document care provided in accordance with facility policies and procedures
- Collaborate with nursing staff and other team members to ensure continuity of care
