About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring passionate Caregivers, CNAs, and Home Health Aides across the Greater Phoenix area. They offer training for those new to the field. The role involves providing personal care services, household support, and companion care to help adults stay safe and independent at home, following a written plan of care by a registered nurse. Requirements

• 1+ year of verifiable caregiving experience OR active CNA/LNA certification
• Compassion, reliability, and the willingness to learn
• Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned.
• Commitment to deliver patient care with compassion, excellence, and reliability.

Nice To Haves

• Previous home health care or patient care welcomed, but not required. We will train you.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services, household support, and companion care (homemaker) services to help adults stay safe and independent at home.
• Following a written plan of care by a registered nurse.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, etc.
• Provide household support: light housekeeping, laundry, bed making etc.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
• Assist with range of motion/exercises.
• Assist with ambulation (Transfers/use of mechanical lifting devices).
• Provide medication reminders.
