About The Position

Vibra Healthcare is seeking CNAs to join their team at Vibra Hospital of Central Dakotas, located in Mandan, ND. This is a 41-bed Critical Care Hospital that provides long-term acute care services to patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries. Patients often require additional critical care services for medically complex conditions such as trauma, infectious diseases, wound healing, cardiovascular disease, stroke, amputation, and ventilator weaning. As a smaller, specialized hospital, it offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced and friendly work environment where staff can get to know their patients and their families.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Two (2) years of experience as a Nurse Aide or other relevant experience in lieu of education will be considered
• Current, valid, and active certification to practice as a Nursing Assistant as applicable in the state of employment required
• Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor required

Responsibilities

• Provides assistance to licensed nursing personnel in the provision of patient care by providing and documenting activities of daily living, including personal hygiene and grooming
• Provides a clean, healthy and safe environment
• Utilizes basic infection control procedures
• Utilizes basic nutrition and fluid intake skills
• Recognizes emergency situations and responds
