Requirements
- Active CNA certification (Utah)
- Clear communication and teamwork skills
- Dependability and a willingness to learn
- Commitment to resident dignity and quality care
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs
- Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, mobility, toileting, meals)
- Turn and reposition residents to ensure comfort and safety
- Monitor and document food/fluid intake and output as needed
- Observe and report changes in condition to the nursing team
- Build respectful, supportive relationships with residents
