About The Position

Adoration Home Health is seeking a dedicated Private Duty Certified Nursing Assistant to provide patient-centered care in Westminster, Maryland, with coverage across Howard, Carroll, and Baltimore Counties. The CNA provides one-to-one care in patients’ homes under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, supporting patients and families in a compassionate, community-focused environment. This is a part-time position with a stated pay range of $19.00–$23.00 per hour.

The role includes assisting clients with personal care and home management. Personal care may involve hygiene and grooming, feeding, ambulation, medical monitoring, and other basic health care tasks. Home management may include basic housekeeping, shopping, and related tasks. The CNA documents care using the HomeCare HomeBase EMR.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record, as defined by agency policy.
• CNA or Home Health Care Aide certification if required by state licensure in the state where care is provided.
• Must be able to use proper body mechanics while lifting and may be expected to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for periods of time and bend, stoop, push, pull, and reach.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Complete proper documentation using the HomeCare HomeBase EMR.
• Assist clients with personal care or home management tasks.
• Assist with basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding, ambulation, medical monitoring, and other basic health care-related tasks.
• Perform home management tasks, including basic housekeeping and shopping.
