Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated Certified Nursing Assistant with experience in their role to join our team covering the Parker area! In this role, you will work 1:1 with each client in the home setting to assist clients in basic activities of daily living.

Requirements

Colorado CNA license
Flexible availability
Proficient in electronic medical record documentation

Nice To Haves

Home health experience preferred

Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor and report changes in client's health status to the supervising nurse
Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical record documentation
Ensure a safe and healthy environment for clients
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Perform basic housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and comfortable living space for clients
