About The Position
Concierge Care is seeking compassionate Florida Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join their growing Northeast Florida home care team. The role involves providing personalized care in clients' homes, with multiple client openings available throughout the region. The scheduling team aims to match caregivers with assignments that fit their availability, offering various recurring shifts and opportunities for more hours.
Requirements
- Active Florida CNA license or a Certified HHA certificate issued by a Florida-licensed training school (prior experience with another agency does not qualify)
- Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
- CPR certification
- Social Security card
- A recent health statement (within 6 months) indicating you're free of communicable diseases
- Completed CEUs: 2 hours Alzheimer’s, 1 hour HIV/AIDS & 2 hours Assistance w/ Self Administered Medication
- Required dementia training through Elder Affairs
- Complete a Level 2 background screening through the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and AHCA Clearinghouse.
