About The Position

Concierge Care is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) for one-on-one home care throughout Jacksonville and surrounding areas. We currently have a new ongoing client in the 32209 area needing Monday and Thursday afternoon care, plus additional clients throughout Jacksonville. Caregivers interested in picking up additional hours may be matched with other nearby clients based on location and availability.

Requirements

• Active Florida CNA license OR Certified HHA certificate from a Florida-approved school
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
• Social Security card
• Current CPR certification
• Health statement completed within the past 6 months stating “Free of Communicable Diseases”
• Ability to meet AHCA/FLClearinghouse Level 2 background screening requirements
• 2-hour Alzheimer's training
• 1-hour HIV/AIDS training
• 2-hour Assistance with Self-Administered Medication training
• Required Florida Elder Affairs training
• Authorization to conduct a comprehensive review of your background for contracting purposes, which may include civil and criminal history records, driving records, birth records, and any other public records.
