About The Position
Concierge Care is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) for one-on-one home care in West Jacksonville and surrounding areas. We have an ongoing morning client in the 32221 area plus additional PRN and recurring client opportunities throughout Jacksonville. The current 32221 schedule is Monday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM, Tuesday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM, and Friday: 8:00 AM–11:00 AM, totaling 11 hours per week. Additional hours may be available with other Jacksonville clients based on caregiver availability and location.
Requirements
- Active Florida CNA license OR Certified HHA certificate from a Florida-approved school
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
- Social Security card
- Current CPR certification
- Health statement completed within the past 6 months stating “Free of Communicable Diseases”
- Ability to meet AHCA/FLClearinghouse Level 2 background screening requirements
- 2-hour Alzheimer's training
- 1-hour HIV/AIDS training
- 2-hour Assistance with Self-Administered Medication training
- Required Florida Elder Affairs training
- Authorization to conduct a comprehensive review of your background for contracting purposes, which may include civil and criminal history records, driving records, birth records, and any other public records.
