About The Position
Ignite Medical St. Mary's is launching Ignite University, a new 6-week complete program from start to finish, to help individuals obtain their CNA Certification. The program is funded by Ignite and covers the cost of the program in exchange for a 1-year employment agreement that begins once class is over and the individual becomes certified. The program includes 75 hours of lecture (unpaid) and 100 clinical hours, with clinical supervision, BLS Certification, and CNA Certification Testing provided.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must have reliable childcare.
- Must complete the application process, which includes: Application, Onboarding, Background check, Urine drug screen, TB test.
- Submit 2 letters of recommendation.
Nice To Haves
- Case by case basis exceptions with written letter from applicant and 2 letters of recommendation.
Responsibilities
- Complete 75 hours of lecture (unpaid).
