About The Position
Ignite Medical St. Mary's is launching Ignite University, a company-funded, six-week CNA certification program. The next class starts November 3, 2026, and takes place at Ignite Medical Resort St. Mary’s, 111 NE Mock Avenue, Blue Springs, MO 64014. Classes are held Mondays and Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The program includes 75 hours of unpaid lecture, 100 clinical hours, clinical supervision, BLS certification, and CNA certification testing. In exchange for funding, participants agree to one year of employment with Ignite after completing the class and becoming certified. Applicants who are interested should apply and will be contacted about next steps.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old. Case-by-case exceptions may be considered with a written letter from the applicant and two letters of recommendation.
- Must have reliable transportation and childcare.
- Must complete the application process, including an application, onboarding, background check, urine drug screen, and TB test.
- Must submit two letters of recommendation.
